Six operational functions, scoped one at a time

Take one, take several, or take a set-up and run it yourself afterwards. Each is scoped in writing before it begins, with the handover points named.

Business administration

The daily routine that keeps an organisation legible to itself: correspondence answered, documents controlled, diaries held to.

  • Inbox triage and correspondence handling
  • Document control, naming and version discipline
  • Diary, appointment and deadline management
  • Meeting notes, action lists and follow-up

Procurement & suppliers

One register of who was asked, what they quoted and what was agreed — so buying decisions can be explained months later.

  • Sourcing and comparable quote requests
  • Purchase order preparation and tracking
  • Supplier contact and terms register
  • Delivery follow-up and discrepancy chasing

Project coordination

Paperwork kept current alongside the job, so the people delivering the work are not the ones chasing documents at night.

  • Program and milestone tracking
  • Subcontractor documentation and induction records
  • Variation and instruction registers
  • Progress claim and completion paperwork preparation

Compliance & records

Renewals, registers and retention handled on a calendar rather than remembered, so nothing expires quietly.

  • Licence, registration and insurance renewal calendar
  • Records retention schedule and archive structure
  • Policy and procedure document register
  • Audit-ready file preparation

Business systems

Everyday technology set up sensibly and written down, so a lost laptop is an inconvenience rather than an incident.

  • Email, shared storage and folder structure set-up
  • Backup routine and restore check
  • Account access, roles and offboarding list
  • Written procedures for the tools you already pay for

Commercial administration

Quotes out, invoices raised, records assembled in the shape your bookkeeper or accountant asks for at the end of the quarter.

  • Quote preparation and issue from your templates
  • Invoice raising and outstanding-payment follow-up
  • Receipt and expense record collation
  • Handover packs for your bookkeeper or accountant

Boundaries

What we do not do

Being clear about the edge of the work is part of the scope. Reyrd Pty Ltd does not provide accounting, taxation, legal or financial advice, and does not hold itself out as licensed to do so.

Where a matter needs a registered professional, we say so and prepare the records that person will need. That is usually faster than us guessing, and it keeps the responsibility where it belongs.

Ask whether it fits

Scope check

Before we quote

  1. What exists now

We look at how the function currently runs, who touches it and where the records live.

  2. What good looks like

We agree the measurable outcome — the register current, the renewals calendared, the invoices out within a set period.

  3. What it costs to get there

You receive a written scope with the work, the reporting cycle, the handover points and the fee basis before anything begins.

Name the function, get a scope

Tell us which of the six is causing the most trouble and how it runs today. We will come back with a written scope or an honest referral.
